The Guests are welcomed by freshly bedded rooms. In case of changing the bedlinen, the bedding is done by our houskeepers.
The bedlinen is changed automatically by the Houskeepers each week. If the Guest has different claims, like not changing the linen weekly, or changing it more frequently (even on a daily base), it can be solved with no extra costs. Please, feel free to communicate Your need to our Houskeepers, or the Receptionist.
You can ask extra pillows from our Houskeepers, Security Guards, or the Receptionist.
If You need extra blankets, please, ask it from the Houskeepers, the Security Guard, or the Receptionist.
A laundry room can be found on the ground floor of the building. Here You can find washing machines and tumble driers. We do not give other laundry services.
In the laundry room you can find an iron and ironing board, which can be used for free by our Guests.
At the STAY Apartment we ensure You non-stop reception service over phone.
You can call the Receptionist on the +36-20-383-2622 phone number with your questions. Please, in case of emergency call her immediatelly.
Your packages can be stored in a locked room, next to the Reception. The room is closed and controlled. You can take this service for free.
In the rooms a lockable gardrobe is ensured for each resident, where You can lock your valuables up. Besides a lockable food-storing box is ensured to each Guest.
We kindly warn You, that our Hostel takes no responsibility for the objects and valuables left or kept in the rooms.
Cleaning of the rooms and the shared rooms happens every second day, between 8:00 and 16:00.
If You do not want Your room to be cleaned, please sign it to the Houskeepers, the Receptionist, or hang the „Do not disturbe” card on the latch of Your door.
If You need an extra cleaning, please, inform our Houskeepers or the Receptionist. Extra cleaning is for free, but we charge an extra cleaning fee on You, if dirt or contamination on the furniture, carpets, textiles, curtains cannot be cleaned in a normal way.
We change the bedclothes weekly. If You need change more frequently (e.g.: daily) please, inform our Houskeepers or the Receptionist.
The towels are changed on a weekly base, too. If You need more frequent change, inform our Houskeepers, or the Receptionist.
Free WIFI is ensured in the Hostel, and in some parts of the park. The wifi code will be given to the Guests together with the keycard. If You do not succed to join, please, contact our Receptionist.
There is a computer with internet connection in the lounge, which can be used by our Guests.

Behind the building there is a fireplace, and an outdoor grilling spot, where every Guest can cook or grill. Please, when using these facilities, keep the rules of the Policy, and do not disturbe the calmness of the other Guests. The garden grill should be used for Your own responsibility. If needed, our Colleagues can give You 6 pcs of broaches.
The Guests can spend their sparetime at the shared but still comfortable rooms and places of the Hostel. On the ground floor You can find an air-conditioned intimate lounge with television. Next to the entrance there is a big terrace, and behind the building in the garden a filagory together with an open-air grill. You can visit and use these places for free.
At the Hostel community building programmes are organized weekly, and once in a month a thematical programme is held, too.
Our Guests can use the closed parking lot for free. The lot is partially camera-controlled. When parking Your car, please, try to use the space effectively, with regard to the other Guests.
The parking plot is not guarded. We take no responsibility for the safety of the cars and properties left in them.
STAY Apartment offers since 2022 high-quality, fully equipped double apartments only a few minutes’ drive from Debrecen, in a quiet environment. We are primarily for employees of domestic enterprises and foreign companies settling in Debrecen and its surroundings, at disposal.
