The three storeys of the building have altogether 46 four-beded rooms and two infirmary rooms, so the Apartment can host 184 persons at the same time.
The rooms are comfortable and elegante, modern and practicably furnished. Each room has the appropriate number of beds, nightstands, lamps, hangers, armchairs, tables, chairs, gardrobes, and other closeable storing places, racks and dressing mirrors.
Each room has its own well-equipped kitchenett with kitchen cabinets, built-in fridge, one-zone cooking hob, washbasin, microwave owen and cutlery.
The private bathrooms have a shower, toilet, lavatory, mirror, shelf, towel-hanger, showergel dispenser, and a rug. Each person gets 1 bath-towel and a towel for personal use.
Having fun is guaranteed by a 40” television and the free wi-fi. Feeling comfortable is strengthened by the terraces and balconies of the rooms, and the big terraces on the top floor, which are shaded, too.
To satisfy personal needs, individually adjustable air conditioners and cell-phone operated cooling-heating systems are in each room. This also makes possible to identify the costs of each apartment accurately.
